The Story of the World for Kids

Revived the art of story-telling!

Story Telling TimeThe pre-1923 writers were very concerned with teaching rising generations. Telling children stories of history is the best way to instruct them as to how they can maintain freedom and instill in them a love for humanity.

Give your children reasons to love the world, show them what “good” looks like, and help them value people.

“The Story of the World for Kids” is a series of short podcasts teaching children the history of the world. The series is based on the work of 19th-century children’s author, Peter Parley. This series gives a modern flavor to an old children’s book with a few sound effects thrown in for fun.

Every Saturday, beginning on August 20th, 2016, through May of 2017, five or six lessons will be published. Plan some time each school day to listen to one audio with your kids. Chaperone your precious little-ones on an imaginary school-bus field-trip through world history in one school year (August 2016-May 2017). That’s world history in just three-minutes a day! Enjoy!

Those who tell stories change the world!
